Day Two: History & Egg Coffee
The Temple of Literature, the Hoa Lo Prison museum or the Ho Chi Minh complex, egg coffee in a hidden café, and cha ca's turmeric-fish dinner.
Day Three: Ha Long Bay or Train Street
The Ha Long day cruise (booked, 4 hours each way) — or, if staying, Train Street's coffee-and-train theater and the Water Puppet Theatre.
