SL

athensitinerary3 days

Three days covers Athens' classical core: the Acropolis at 8am before the heat and the coaches, the Acropolis Museum's top-floor parthenon frieze, the National Archaeological Museum's bronzes, and Plaka's island-village lanes. Sunset from Mount Lycabettus closes two of the three days.

At roughly €95 a day, the trip runs about €285 excluding flights — Europe's cheapest gateway to the classical world and the islands beyond.
