Singapore's first-timer preparation is the shortest in Asia: a contactless card for the MRT, the heat rhythm (outdoors at 9am and 4pm, indoors at noon), and the tissue-packet chope rule. This guide is the fifteen minutes.

The Heat Rhythm & the Chope Rule
